It is the shutdown of a pharma manufacturing site (former Chiron) that is being transferred to the Animal Health division and will be included in the sale to Lilly. It will become a animal vaccine plant.

This was a great way for Group to pawn of a US based site (tax disadvantage) it never had any intent of doing anything at. It was almost sold to Lonza, Vaccines wanted/needed it but in the end transferred it TO AH knowing that it would be someone else's issue shortly.

See what happened to Dx/Grifols with the old Bayer/Chiron facility
