Usually they use 2 to 3 years not just 1 year of ratings

Douchebag????? What an idiot! Do you rally think they are going to award salary increases which need to be communicated by March 1st (bi-weekly pay in effect), then turn around and lay people off??? No! They will downsize first. Believe what you want, notices are by Feb 1st. "One" slot per territory. If you have a vacant spot, then that slot will be lost. Managers are not going to be able to bump reps, but if there is an opening, will be offered the position of course. Regional meetings will be complete by then. They need to award all sales awards prior to notifications of layoffs. People...wake up!!! This will not spill into Q3. Q3 will see Diovan out of our bags and into a 3rd party to finish up the year. National meetings late March.

National meeting are in May or June it was announced at the National Managers Meeting this week.
What would be the big deal about announcing salary increases and then lay offs the next month. Figure it out...all of the 1's are not getting increases anyway and they will be gone
So you are saying if a territory has 5 they will go to 4. If they have 3 they will go to 2 and if they have 6 they will go to 5. Not sure if your guessing is correct this time
