Not good

I feel bad for all of you guys that quit a good job without knowing the drug would be approved. Hopefully the company will at least pay severance.

They're not gonna keep people if there is nothing to sell. Maybe they should have followed the lead from lundbeck rather then be in such a rush to throw a team together.

I have been in this situation with another company. Even if this takes a few months to figure out, they will keep the reps. Probably sell Abilify tabs and then when everything gets approved move over to the depot. It makes sense since this is Otsukas drug. This way relationships can be started etc. As far as Lundbeck, not sure what they will do

Not good? Should have expected it after the way the interviews were handled sooo unprofesdionally! Mayb it will give them time to adjust the price so the government will pay for it! LOL LOL LOL

Well Baumgardner said hold tight. I had to Cut and Paste all of my year end reviews to show I was an exceed so this stupid company would hire me for the account position. I quit my job at AZ for this crap. Thanks

Please come back to AZ, we will welcome you with open arms. People here are despondent and refuse to work without your expert guidance. Even if you showed Otsuka phoney performance reviews to get your job, we want you back! Show us the same phoney reviews, we'll believe them too!

Sincerely,
AZ Management

Check out this guy...posted on Lundbeck that he worked at BMS and another post Lilly.
Go back to your moms basement

There is 0 reason, zero for some of you, to keep all these reps. Don't forget BMS is still promoting, why would they need 3-4 reps per territory selling pills? Next time I will trust my gut, thought I should've stayed at my other company. Can't go through the search again.

Has the company communicated expected approval date?

Funny thing, I just got a call from the Manager I interviewed with for the Account manager position in Florida, I was not offered the position but was in second place. This manager said to be ready he wants me now. Guess whoever got the offer just backed out, Should I take it?

Are you F'n kidding me Mr. Second Fiddle. The top candidate probably got the nod for his superior intelligence and decision making skills which he put to good use backing out of the offer.
