Yes, but it requires that you document EVERYTHING. Blind copy every email to your private address (if you are fired they will cut your access to all your documents),also get every award, FCR, expense report and get them in order. Be ready for random audits from your manger at any moment. They will come after you on three fronts: samples, expense reports/gas receipts, and metrics. They will cross check your gas receipts with calls records to try and catch any questionable timing. Be sure to fill up with gas or purchase something to solidify your location. Be sure to ALWAYS ask that your manger put any/all requests in writing so that you have a paper trail. Yes, they will try to use a paper trail AGAINST you but it works both ways! Check with your local state labor board on anything that your manager is requesting that seems unfair or is not requiring others to do as well. The laws very greatly from state to state and many managers are not aware of local laws only federal. Bottom line is if you choose to fight, it can get brutal so be prepared. If you go to HR be ready with solid documentation, if it degrades to he said/she said then they will side with the manager (unless they are trying to get rid of them). HR will look at this as a win or lose issue in court or how much will it cost us if they sue? Do not expect them to be fair! the only thing they care about is keeping Forest "safe" in the dispute. If you have a strong case of harassment, etc. find a lawyer that will listen to the merits of your case and let you know if you can turn up the heat on Forest. Even if you succeed in your fight against your manager it might be smart to look elsewhere for employment.
The simplest way around may be to request a transfer under a different manager to HR if you think it would be a better situation.
Hope this helps..
