True. Faces and names have changed. More supervisors added. Areas made smaller. Added more Phlebs. Yet the problems remain the same? Hmmmmmm. Wonder why. Managers and Director need to change. They need to go.

That is a high risk/high reward approach. Complaints made to Labor Board about this could result in getting a union without an election if it is found the firings were strictly due to a person's union support. Better fire some pro-company folks to balance this.
 
























JJ is lazy She lies and says she is in NJ while working from her home day after day. Her phone is turned of promptly at 5 everyday no one can reach her. How can these leaders like BH, RM,LS not see this?
 












Phlebs in North Jersey are no happier than they were a year ago - Management/HR made promises they did not keep to get the vote - union won't go away here - just simmering for a little bit - I wasn't pro union before - I am now.
 












You want to see a hostile work environment, try reporting a favored upper manager to HR. You'll find out real quick what a hostile work environment is.

Try reporting any supervisor/manager to HR or to anyone else, as a matter of fact, and watch the wagons circle. Guess who is going to get jacked? Odds are it won't be the perpetrator. It is far easier to keep a trained sociopath than replace one. More than likely the dirt bag has already found a way to RIF anyone perceived as a threat/competitor and is surrounded by yes men/women. Hostile work environment will only begin to describe your situation.
 






I get the surrounded by yes men part, but does that also apply to a tool gone rogue? For instance, a tool that has found it so easy to lie to an manipulate upper management that she has forgotten that she is a tool. A tool who has traveled so far off the reservation that she has started to create policy and enforce it.

But then again, you are probably right. Never mind.
