Hard to believe the manager does not have something to do with all of these openings. What is the management style. Did the previous representatives stay at the company or leave for other opportunities?
 








Stay away. I have heard this manager is nice individually on a personal level but not a good manager. Appears there is not much trust on the team and she treats her representatives like they are newly hired representatives. Be prepared to detail detail detail and role play on field visits and receive calls/texts after hours and while she is on vacation. Constant fire drills over and over . She is running reps right out the door and also getting some locked out of offices. Very intense and not aware of her audience when in offices
 








Not a great manager by any stretch. Routinely asks for feedback but does not listen to what the reps in the field need. Get ready for constant box checking. Very unaware of what the reps need in order to be successful. If you like a manager who is emotionally not aware she is the one for you
