Blah blah blah, JA’s has zero experience- no one would follow him- over his head. Not a good excuse but predictable. RJ’s “decade” of experience makes his shit that much worse. He has no excuse! The days of reps following him are over. If you think reps are better off on his team, you’re not paying attention

You're right there are 100 other things worse than this company. But I spend 40 hours a week at this shithole that pretends its a real company. We currently have part time HR, a sales director who knows nothing about buy and bill and 4/5 managers are fucking crazy. So yep there are a tons of things worse, but I'll stick to complaining about my job. Thanks for your input.

We can continue to bitch about our own jobs but unless someone gets rid of the trash, our jobs will continue to suck. Leaving may be the only ticket. Dust off those resumes or pray that the bad apples are cut
