Say what you want about Richard, but comparing him to Justin is a joke.

RJ has had over a decade managing people that have followed him to BF. I personally don’t love the guy and all his methods, but he has been very successful selling, hiring and building sales teams in the PDT space. Those teams that have put up big numbers and won several sales awards. Justin sold for a year and had help from Cowboy Dan. The real question is, would people follow Justin to another organization when he gets fired in 6-8 months? The answer is NOPE. This isn’t an opinion, it is a bonafide fact. Justin has zero credibility and not respected by his peers or the people he attempts to manage.

They are both ineffective leaders, they were “placed” by Jeff Holm. You starting to notice a pattern? Whatever Jeff Holm touches, he totally screws up. He needs to go and go now! Zero value and master manipulator. Completely shocked he is even employed, let alone atop the sales corporate food chain.

I asked this before, with no response! What has Jeff Holm done to bring value to our stockholders? Name one single thing?!?!?!
