This thread at one time had over 40 postings. It now has 30. That tells me MM has been reading this and getting offended at certain things. Anyone else amused that he is probably reading this every day to see how much his team hates him yet he does nothing to improve?
The reason MM is so quick to move people out is because he is lazy and can’t think beyond weekly sales numbers. Digging in to support a rep who needs help takes actual work. It also requires innovative thinking. That’s way too much to ask for from a guy who is interested only in himself and his advancement.
No- MM is excellent at doing all of this on his own, he doesnt need any direction from JTH.

A couple of years ago, I was with my manager driving in the field and he got a call. Caller ID showed Valeant HR. He picked it up on speaker thinking it was home office. It was a woman claiming to be a recruiter from another GI company. She asked if he would be interested in setting up a face to face interview during the week. He told her he could not interview with other companies during work hours and asked her for a number so he could call her back. She gave him some BS number. He replied, “if that’s your real number, why does my phone say you are calling me from the Valeant home office?” She hung up. Total setup to try and catch him and probably fire him for interviewing on company time.
That is the type of grade school, amateur BS you can expect in the NE region.
And YOU believed that story? There is no Called ID for Valeant HR or from the home office. There are lots of pharma co’s in Bridgewater , but that whole story sounds like BS to me...
I don't need to believe a story. I watched it happen in front of me. He had the home office HR number saved in his phone as a Valeant contact. It wasn't just a random Bridgewater, NJ number. He was definitely being set up. You can think it's BS. I know it's true.
