Northeast CutiScience Quota Bias for NYC Medicaid

NYC CutiScience representaives were kicking butt because of Clobex on Medicaid. Many
other states from Virginia to Colorado were not as fortunate to have that luxury.

Quotas ( 4th quarter) were delayed for the entire division because NY Medicaid was being taken off formulary by September 1. Quotas were reduced for those rep's drastically and the difference was spread company wide. Fair or not so fair ?

It gets better. NY did not change the Medicaid formulary after all. The reps benefitted unfairly ( not their fault), however this has skewed the inner circle rankings , President's Impact, and Rep of the Year significantly. DM' s this means you too, so start asking questions.

Apologies, aknowledgements and changes need to be addressed over this, or no trust
can ever be given with quota setting within the entire organization.

WTF ! Something seemed off with AVQ for the same 4 DSR's.

Is Lohse going to address this ? The #1 rep who really deserves to be #1

got the shaft and it f-ed up for so many others.

Same crap happened with Texas and 2 other States. They say, Medicaid makes the company no money, but do everything to get on it, and push the reps to sell to those doctors.
They also changed quotas mid-year to benefit reps with " issues" in the New England
area.

It's pick and choose and the others loose.

Any person with 5th grade math skills can glance at 2010
versus 2011 quotas and pick out 10 to 15 inconsistencies
without knowing names or industry knowledge. Why can't
management????????????

Trust with quota setting was lost over 5 years ago.
Look at Epiduo quotas for some and you'll freak out.

DIFFERIN IS ALSO ON NYC MEDICAID WHICH HAS CREATED AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE
WITHIN OUR REGION.
ALL OF OUR DRUGS SHOULD BE OFF MEDICAID BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ADD TO
THE BOTTOM LINE COMPANY PROFIT, JUST TO THE LUCK DM AND HANDFULL OF REPRESENTATIVES WHO ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE A MEDICAID TERRITORY.

Galderma is a flawed company with a management run a muck. They live a country club
life style with zero appreciation for front line representatives. They sit in rooms
figuring out how to deceive rep's with programs that never come to fruition, then
they figure out how the rep's can deceive their doctors.

This was not like this not too long ago, these changes have hapened in the past 3 years.
Vert Very Sad

This needs to be addressed during open forum question sessions
with FF ! ! Management needs to be embaressed for their inability
to perform.

I am forwarding an email to Bill Uriell from a private email to look into
the competance of CutiScience UpperManagement.

Acne rep here. The number of rxs for steroids like Clobex on Medicaid is extremely low. The acne market is much more sensitive to Medicaid due to the number of kids who get acne treatment and a lot of those kids to Ped Medicaid offices. Seriously, Medicaid is not a big "help me" for VHPS or Vit D. It's just not the volume you think it is. Ask the managed care guys at the next meeting what Galderma products are most written by Medicaid docs and they will likely tell you "acne meds."
