Still no ASD named? Weird. You’d think they would have a plan when they knew DS was leaving.

Not when you have a ton of qualified internal candidates with proven track records. That should have been plug and play.

And, wait for it……

Instead of selecting an excellent internal candidate, someone who knows the team, culture and strategic directives, Watson goes outside and hires an old crony from his past life. Makes total sense. I’m sure none of the four NC RBMs who interviewed are upset. This should work out great.

What a disaster. Leadership here just sucks. They literally just don’t care how their actions impact the people who work hard every day to make this place successful.
