I here people talk about the great JW and his legend but what most people fail to grasp is the work it has taken for this man to rise to the heights he's risen to. Tireless in nature JW wakes at 4am in order to "get the worm" - Show some respect for this work ethic. They say Jordan shot 1000 foul shots a day. Well JW practices capture recognition with his PSA 1000 times a day as well. New hires should keep practices like this in the forefront of their roadmap to success. Amen
