Non compete clause, is it enforced?







SOD is such a piece of shit.
Why doesn't anyone report him to HR? Threatening employees and telling them he's going to smash their heads in at the NSM is grounds for termination.

The best way to screw OLY is to leave. The inexperienced Pharma rep they replace you with will have no clue for a year, and the territory will decline. By that time your do not compete will be over and you can work for the competitor.
