I'm talking about the Bush who won three Nobel Peace Prizes. I'm talking about the President that won TWO national elections, kicking Kerry and Gore back to their poor humble beginnings as two of the richest people to ever serve in the US Senate.

I'm taking about the President who gave us almost seven years of economic stability with almost full employment. If Dodd/Frank hadn't screwed things up so much, we might still be there.

I'm talking about the President who turned in a lower deficit in eight years than President OBlahBlah has in less than three, and may have been able to turn in a surplus had it not been for Katrina and the second Iraq war.

In fact polls continue to show the public blames Bush for the lousy economy.
PS FYI cupcake, Dodd-Frank wasn't signed until 2010, and has to do with consumer protection from predatory lending practices, among other regulation to stop the thieving.

Just to set the record straight, my post referred to the criminals Frank and Dodd who crashed the mortgage market by denying that there was problem, even after the President (Bush, the good one) sent warnings to congress several times. I am referring to the Barney Frank who was having gay sex and living with one of the directors of FNMA, blowing in his ear and revealing government secrets. Your post was referring to the Frank and Dodd after whom President OBlahBlah cynically named a bank reform bill after them even though it was Frank and Dodd the necessitated the overhaul to begin with.
