Nobody has been placed on a PIP

People are being placed on PIP. Where is it written if you are less than 100% goal attain., that you will be placed on PIP? Performance bonus paid down to 85% goal attain. It's a performance bonus paid on performance. This is a Fear Based environment with no consideration of stakeholders and transparency. Don't be fooled. You will be fired following a PIP. They will put you through hell rather than simply fire you which they can do with or without cause. HR is not your friend. Everything in writing. Discrimination is happening. Find your happy and leave the not happy behind to live in their own little company.

Company blows! I left a while ago and have had 4 interviews with 2 offers. When you talk about Iroko during you interverview, they laugh knowing the shit show that it is. Have fun!

Write this down, by June of 2015 there will be no sales reps on contract for Iroko and the InVentiv contract will be terminated. Oh, and all the Iroko managers will be out of a job.

Ho Ho Ho. Merry Christmas.... You're fired! Thanks for coming on board with Inventive/Iroko for our little party. Guess this isn't going to go well afterall

You are a major pecker-head! There are some really good people who tried to make this thing fly and now you creeps in Philly are going to take a giant crap all over them! Shame, shame!

I had several people try and warn me this was going to end badly. I should have listened. Lori G. Certainly knew what would be coming down. Others in her positions are looking to dive for cover as well

ton of garbage gets posted especially on the iroko boards. if you geezers truly were reps you would know the benefits of zorvolex-plain and simple it doesn't rip a hole in the patients stomach like traditional voltaren or generic diclofenac. I say this not as a iroko fanboy but as a practical thinking human being who does work in the field and does his research. Plus iroko is expanding the marketing for zorvolex internationally new zealand, australia, and mexico. this is iroko's first product that has been released, re-branded generic drugs with a "new" feature don't usually tank, its the shitty complaining reps that do

I like what you're saying. Well done. Now, be prepared to be abused by angry, narrow-minded people who can't spell.

This is really just stupid. I have asked each and every one of my top top customers about GI Bleeds. Guess what? Not a single one of them have ever- EVER had one of their patients have a GI Bleed on generic Diclofenac/voltaren. With their volumes and years of experience, this equates to roughly 10k patients. So yes, This is just stupid! It's because of idiots like you we have this thing called the FDA, and if you sell using the above reasoning, you should be reported to compliance by your RBM

This would be great if true, here is the truth. There's zero data showing its better than diclofenac and there is zero data that it is safer.

That's why the FDA was created for stupid people like me?!! And your "customers" have said prolonged diclofenac use does affect the GI track?? Are you a rep? Or an intern? The submicron technology leads to faster absorption, that why it's in capsule form, disallowing the drug to sit in the stomach. Many orthopedic surgeons and RA doctors love this stuff and prescribe it regularly, and with having many options for generic diclofanec I'd say zorvolex is a pretty strong competitor.

Great, you keep saying that Clyde! Facts are facts and your freckle-faced optimism can't change your complete lack of scientific evidence and the true lack of a medical need. Soooooooooo, yeah I think I heard your future credibility fluttering out of the commercial arena. That's okay though, Inventiv will take care of you!
