This is such a dumb thread. If you think that we don't have ANY Reps that should be fired, then you're riding around on a unicorn. In any company, there are regrettable hires that need to be removed. That's just life. There are bad Reps and good Reps. Bad Reps gotta go.

Changed your tune a bit there from no one going on PiPs didn't you!!? It's a red herring anyway, the real story is that everyone will be let go before end of q2/2015.

Here's a rewrite:
If you don't think we have any pharmaceutical companies who should just fizzle and die their due course, then you are riding around on a jackass. In the market, there are regrettable start ups that need to die a horrible death for trying to commercialize an non-value product. that's the economic reality. There are good companies ans shit companies. Bad companies gotta die their natural death and this starts with their cannibalizing the sales force at the low end which limits liability risks.
