Not bad-its a little bit more than what I will make at Gilead but I am with a better company.
 












I'm not sure if I feel comfortable calling this Tom guy. I do want to connect with someone that can tell me about pay, timelines etc. I am interested in Abbvie after being laid off. I was hoping I could have stayed on with Vertex forever. I never had any beef with the company. They did me right (well, at least until the end). Who is Anthony again?
 




































Negotiated an offer with base in the 80s but with 3-4x the upside I'm seeing reported here if I make the numbers. I know I can work this drug. Shoot, I managed to blast a lot of my competition with a much inferior drug to sell. Maybe I'm a gambler, or cocky, but if I'd had a deal like this with Vertex I'd have a lot more in the bank right now.

Thinking of pulling the trigger, although I do have another possibility that has a geographical allure.

You negotiated a different bonus structure from the rest of the sales force....yeah right. Run along to another board now little troll.

Agreed. I heard from a friend in Abbvie that they actually LOWERED the base once the realization hit that their will be a whole bunch of un-employed PI experienced reps just waiting to jump at ANY OFFER made. In a couple cases, they actually went back on offers already on the table with Merck reps. If you think about this; I mean REALLY think about this; It will give you the same thoughts that it gave me. Hey, I get it. We need jobs. I just think we are being Used....AGAIN!

I know I mis-spelled some words- give me a break here. Just LISTEN TO WHAT I'M SAYING. WE R ABOUT READY TO BE USED AGAIN. It starting to freak me out.
