Do Y'all actually think this gene therapy lacrimal gland injection will ever come? I am not confident! Tyrvaya is a dog. Flat product sales with a low share 2 years into launch. No more 10.00 copays..... I'll hope for the best but my confidence is waning away.

Even if the gene therapy works, it's probably 5+yrs away, so that's not going to pay the bills in the short term.

Mydryasis reversal is going to be a joke. No one is going to pay for that and if they do the dollar volumes are going to be so small that I have minimal impact on the bottom line Viatris cannot be happy with the NK failure trials. I think the writing is on the wall here and the downsizing will be coming soon.
