No National Sales Meeting?

So according to the responses from Warsaw marketing doesn't have an impact on sales, doesn't listen to reps or customers in the field, hasn't done any marketing campaigns, and outside of Attune hasn't launched anything. What is it that you guys do again?

Like I said before, we take calls from reps asking stupid questions. We have a real challenge taking technical information and making it relateable on a 3rd grade level for the box openers. We were thinking about doing a competitive conversion program again for hips and knees but quickly realized that wont be of value because you are not converting business.
 



So you answer phone calls and make brochures. That sounds about right. I convert surgeons all the time. Just have to show them one of those sweet videos you guys make and it's a done deal.

You are right about "The girls" spending weeks to tan and shop for outfits to wear. DePuy has a habit of downsizing and eliminating anyone with an IQ higher than 100 while promoting mindless bimbos and idiots who couldn't think their way out of a box.

So sad and so true. Take a look at the "leadership" in Warsaw. They surround themselves with talentless humps who really believe they are geniuses. The only reason I can think of is that they want to make themselves look better, but, if 99% of Warsaw would be relocated anywhere else besides Warsaw/Fort Wayne, they would be lucky to work at Walmart or Burger King and even that is a stretch. Seriously a joke and embarrassing, especially when these people are in front of a customer. Don't worry though, corporate JnJ has taken notice and changes will be coming.

Yup, stilettos and tight fitting clothes and treat people like shit. That's what it takes baby! Look at the ones getting the promotions, then remember what they're known for. Sparkling reputations? I think not. Remember all the past sales meetings and who was the star of "the show". Read between the lines it ain't rocket science!
