No Leqvio bonus? No working for the rest of the year

When you work hard and are successful with offices that are injecting Leqvio or are referring patients for injections in your area but the rest of the district doesn’t? That equates to zero bonus.

I have NEVER not received a bonus in 15 years of my career. Novartis still makes money on what my territory did, I just won’t.

So, I guess that means I won’t be working the rest of the year.

zero bonus = zero effort.
Thanks for giving me yet another reason to jump ship. Amgen is looking more and more appealing.

You're late to the party, but I'm glad you eventually came to this realization. It's liberating.
When you carry over half of your districts' syringes, and you get a $0.00 bonus in return, you realize what a complete asshole you were for trying in the first-place.
Q.Q. doesn't always feel great, but it is the only reasonable recourse you have until you get out.
I hope everyone who is getting screwed like this is doing the same thing.

You also make money, moron. You are paid a salary. You would have a valid argument if you were commission only. The amount of idiotic points that reps believe are salient is astounding.

Wake up. People are quiet quitting everywhere. Why work hard when you can just collect a base salary and not get rewarded for success or hardwork? You know, capitalism you dumb mother fucker.

So this is either a manager or someone in leadership. I’ve been in this industry for 25 years and I have never not gotten a bonus either.

You my friend are the moron. Novartis is making money off of this. But I won’t? Yeah, I’m on vacation till next trimester.

What’s going to change next trimester?
 




No idea. There is a one CV town hall Nov 2. Hopefully they plan on announcing major adjustments including how measuring Leqvio. If they get on there and talk about how great everything is, while no one making any bonus, like Duane used to do….. ugh. New guy Neil needs to acknowledge each problem and how he is going to fix. Otherwise, let the quiet quitting continue.

Seriously! take away sales related bonus and pay us on MBO’s or KPI’s if you won’t pay for sales performance fairly. Of course we have salaries but them we have incentive comp for a reason
 




















All we hear is Record sales, Record profits. Yet everyone I know has seen their bonus checks basically cut in half or even more. We are already under paid compared to other companies. Now they are screwing us on our bonuses. If it wasn't for my amazing ABL and a little P club money left to vest I would be long gone.

Leqvio has been the biggest failed launch I’ve ever witnessed in my career. Shockingly bad to the point that someone would think your experience here with this is some sort of idea for a Netflix series. How could this have gone so embarrassingly wrong? There doesn’t seem to be resolution anytime soon.
