Just because we don't speak up doesn't mean we aren't aware of how we are being treated. I CHOOSE to stay under the radar by not speaking up. I work 10 hours a week and still get a decent bonus. I take out how terrible our leaders are on my number of hours worked. I might cut it back to 5 hours a week in the field if we get more tests and conference calls

I’m sure there are. Just like there are a lot of newer reps who haven’t done shit except ride the Vyvanse coattails of the reps who built the brand. We all know there are great tenured reps and there are great newer reps. The years with a company doesn’t define who is/isn’t a great rep. Your comment shows your ignorance.
