No Balls in Shire NBU anymore

We used to have reps that would speak up and challenge our incompetent leaders. Those individuals are all gone now. Male and female reps would question the growth our leaders are looking for. Reps that are growing market share don't get paid yet leadership's friends who are losing market share seem to always be above goal attainment and make all the money. I get it. I need this job and am hoping to get a large severance and away from these individuals who do not know how to run a company except into the ground. If we have one more Town Townhall / conference call where they continue to lie and make light of the situation I may just lose it and go off on all of them. If enough of us did they wouldn't get rid of all of us would they?

Don’t let fear keep you from what you’re meant to do. Don’t play it safe. Doing what you fear most is exactly what you should do. 20 years as a NBU rep shows no initiative and sloven laziness.
 












I highly doubt this person has been with the NBU that long and actually “built the company”. There are way too many people that love to round up the years on their tenure so they can make this claim as an excuse for their bitching.

It’s ceetainly an exciting time to be in the NBU, the q4 is right around the corner with only a few selling days left in Q3; it’s the largest volume month, so let’s sprint to the finish line..

I promise you will only have 3 more quizzes,1 town hall and maybe couple conference calls mixed in this week..

I just wanted to recognize those reps that even though they are losing market share, they are finding a way to win and kick butt in goal attainment- we appreciate the effort.

We only have a few selling days left in Q3, then it’s a sprint to the finish line for the highest volume of the year - Q4.

Don’t worry about performance reviews, we took q4 out, so it’s time to pivot, remain focused and put our customers first!

I look forward to seeing the continued success and I appreciate all you are doing out there in the field.
 












Oh so true! There are a number of older NBU reps that should have been let go years ago.

I’m sure there are. Just like there are a lot of newer reps who haven’t done shit except ride the Vyvanse coattails of the reps who built the brand. We all know there are great tenured reps and there are great newer reps. The years with a company doesn’t define who is/isn’t a great rep. Your comment shows your ignorance.
