Beginning to look like we may be finishing behind the number again for the second year in a row. It's possible i would say but have not heard anything yet. One product like EpiDoucher cant save a lackluster year
tough place to be right now because of climate, but hard finding another TM job with same level of comp.
Need to be patient and things will be fine. We just need to get leadership to design a new playbook where the share game play is not our bread and butter.
However, we do need some fresh blood to come in and aid the efforts of our current regime. I think they are getting stale in their thinking.
It has become increasingly more about share capture rather than building the neuromodulation business, which is unfortunate. Current sales leadership at the top is more concerned about their perception and image rather than how they treat and respond to our sales team.
What's unfortunate is that current leadership doesn't really know how to build & develop the market. They come from backgrounds where it has all been about a share game. That game is pretty common in the more established markets (CRM, spine, vascular) but it's entirely too early in the neuromodulation market. Need some leadership to maybe compliment current leadership that has real exeperience in developing a neuromodulation franchise.

And Medtronic has Kowalczyk - what a putz!
I'll put my money on Boston in the neuromodulation space and they don't have nearly the resources of St. Jude or Medtronic.
What is the current TM "at plan" for the St. Jude Neuromodulation position? For some reason I was under the impression it was extremely high, i.e. $300k +, thanks.
Not familiar with A TM3 Terminology. Is that St. Jude's equivalent of a full-fledged TM Rep?

Best go ask your best customer, friend (not on the Stjude payroll) why he suddenly decided to throw Nevro a few trials and perms. Just the beginning Ace. Time to wheel away from your computer and hit the bricks you slug.

I just lost two customers to Nevro. Pts are low back/leg(s). Two were failed trials with positive Nevro results. My only hope, cervical and headaches. I have a feeling we are in for a bumpy ride until drg and burst hits..
