Why are none of the NFTs ranked highly. I’m new to pharma but shouldn’t a prerequisite be that you’re at least top ten percent in the country if you’re going to teach others how to sell. Why would I want joe shmo spewing advice when he’s ranked 117 in the nation? Unless he wants to teach me what not to do.

Excuse me but ranking literally translates to ability. It’s a legitimate correlation between sales aptitude. You sure are a gaslighter whoever you are.

Not if you’re in a state out west, where rxs are covered on every plan, including Medicaid.

I get your point..but at the same time the top ten reps have incredible sales aptitude so while I agree that Medicaid coverage has helped them drastically increase sales, you still have to know what you’re doing to get it sold nonetheless. With that said this Medicaid thing needs to be figured out and territories need to be evaluated at a more equal playing field. Steve needs to do this for us as our leader and we will hold him accountable to it.

Well when you have close contacts who have worked in pharma for years you learn the rose..but yes Medicaid does help.

Sales aptitude isn’t merely created through work experience. There are personality traits that can’t be taught. Some people thrive in a sales environment without any formal experience or training. That’s why there are rookie of the year awards to reward newbies and their capabilities.
