Next Round Of Layoffs.

Management has been navigating "turbulent seas" given the uncertainty of CMS and MAC issues and has come through very nicely. Now with those issues behind them the waters are calm and Organogenesis can get back to growing the business by serving patients with their highly efficacious products. Everyone wins!!!

LOL

since when do they send Legal on to this board? Things must be real bad.

Things eventually will change. If you’ve been here a long time, you probably won’t believe that: however, when a company is public there are checks and balances built into that financing design. Puraply was a pass-through spread strategy, and everything since then has been the same. Affinity, XT bulk pricing, OPS all versions of the same cheap method of putting money into the customers pocket. As that collapses, as it has, the company becomes uninvestable, which it also has. The promotions into leadership of those that only know how to bride customers is a self fulfilling prophecy. Cygnus will be the final humiliation. Change will happen, but maybe people won’t have the patience to wait for it.

Person says things will change…

Proceeds to provide examples about how nothing has changed in 10 years.

Things will and are changing. The smart strong people who have been lied to and forced to listen to morons will go to other companies and bring that experience somewhere else leaving people stuck in 2009, who sold one product, wondering what happened….

new product developments for orgo?

What has RD done at this company for the last 10 years? They haven’t developed a single product outside of a collagen with mouthwash in it.

Organo (and mimedx to a slightly lesser extent) is screwed. Getting squeezed out in physician office by high spread products from orgs like Skye and Legacy. In HOPD, they've got big multinationals with broad portfolios that can deliver better outcomes and/or margins (SN/Coloplast/Convatec). And surgical has been a failure. It's basically ride out Novachor, hope/pray that hopd products keep market share, and maybe acquire an outside product
