Even if CN buys mednet it doesn't change the fact the CN will still be CN and most of mednets accounts will just leave. Even though I hear mednets customer service is better than both CN and Lw

Trust me, practices are tired of cs and their attitudes, continuous monitoring delays and reporting mix ups. It doesn't matter who they buy, there's no wind in their sails.

Upon completion of the NSM there will be:

1-2 President Club winners leave the company

1 RSD terminated

7 AE's begin new careers due to ongoing inventory issues, current pay scale/bonus and lack of rsd support

The stars are aligned in the perfect position .The revolving door continues

I understand one of the PC winners just resigned today.

"The best thing is you have bought the best LAB in the business bar none".[/QUOTE]

This statement is a joke...a big joke. The best lab in the business is NOT mnet. Look around and see who's eating everyone's lunch....it's certainly not mnet!~

2013 Rookie of the year and pres club winner gone, 2012 Rolex winner and #1 ranked AE gone. Excitement from NSM gone thanks to Q1 forecast. At least I have my autographed copy of Rudy

Hold on to that - your autograph may be worth more than the stock. Mgt neglects the fact about overall morale, unattainable quotas, lack of monitors and now you see two top reps leaving? Everyone remain calm, all is well

It's not the stock price that anyone should be worried about - that actually is looking pretty good and the addition of Mednet can only help.

It's the fact that the sales force is not valued or treated with respect. Giving us our quotas a month into the quarter without so much as an apology for the stress it creates and then assuring that our bonuses are minimized for that month is just a slap in the face. We get a lot of lip service but no real action and we always find out things well after the fact.

I truly think they are fine with a high turnover rate because they feel it's easy to find new, hungry reps who want to kick ass for a year or two then move on. I don't think they place any value on long term relationships.

But one person is still at CardioNet, the slim ball, married but acing single .... Just think about the guy who hits on single females at every meeting!!! David Ubele! Some things never change, come on George, did you not learn about sexual harrassment at Target???? This guy is a loose cannon, a pitiful employee who is in everybody's business,, and a HR representative with bad character. How bad can it get before you wake up to reality ??? Unless you don't know what is going on??? Yes, probably the case, George is clueless once again!

If you would like a list of the non-bottom feeders who have left in recent years it would be easy to compile.

At least 8 winners from the last 3 President's clubs are gone - that seems like a good place to start - that's a quarter of the people who were recognized as the best of the best.

The bottom performers in every organization either leave on their own or are pinched out eventually but when the highly successful ones leave in large numbers somebody need to step back and ask why.

As the monthly rankings continue to publish those who did well last year now at the bottom will soon be looking for new ventures.Don't be shocked to see the better reps leaving before the end of May.

Someone in leadership needs to put their money where their mouth is and stop talking about retention and start doing something about it. This comp plan could work if it wasn't for shitty ass forecasting. I have never seen a company so hell bent on driving people to the streets by limiting the amount of bonus they can earn. This nonsense of not giving us our forecasts until the end of the first month of the quarter is the most ridiculous slap in the face I have ever seen, and they just blow it of like it means nothing to us.
