Basically we know the drugs sell themselves. Ex: for exhibits, we pay for displays and don't show up most of the time…the docs will use the drugs any way, because we have blockbusters.

And imagine what would happen if you actually did show up for work more than Tuesday and Thursday. Not everything here is a blockbuster. As one who took over a territory that hadn't been covered for over a year, it's amazing how physicians respond when you show up regularly, even if you don't see them regularly.
