You don't have managers who manage at all. Maybe six out of the whole field across the board and none of them came from Roche. I've been here supporting your asses for twenty two years and I've seen it all. Favoritism, incompetence, discrimination of all kinds, uneducated and schmoozing liars who take advantage any way they can. I'm so glad there is finally competition. It's too bad the excellent management that nurtured Genentech into what it (sadly) was are enjoying their well deserved retirements. It's hard to watch a ship slowly submerge.

Dude chill out!! If you have been here 22 years, you are a multi millionaire. This place is awesome with TC in charge. We rarely have to work and receive great bonuses and promotions.one of my friends in the Midwest drives around in a Mercedes and puts in fake calls, whether the doc is dying or not in an outreach clinic. Heck, one of my friends was putting calls in a on a doc that lived in Maine and no longer in the area. This is so cool that our leadership understands this is what we have to do and we get paid serious green for it.

One of my friends came over from Amgen. She turned over her loyalty discounts info from Amgen. Well received, who cares if the word confidential was on the sheets. Who needs to be able to read anyway, plus compliance and outside legal counsel just said destroy the proprietary information. Even compliance and outside legal support us and understand we do not need ethics or integrity. Very cool.

We own the Oncology Clinics and physicians. We can berate oncologists with the best. Asian docs that do not speak English like white people in the Midwest, they are stupid. Love that division, Team WASP in the Midwest. Nurses need gift cards, we got it covered. Manager need to show up 3 hours in an 11 month period, no problem, stay home near the pool.

22 years with Genentech, enjoy the major bucks in the vault. Need a pay raise, we can raise prices at anytime to fill up the bank account. We own everyone, Cancer centers, patients, whatever.

We Are Genentech. Ian, TC, Nancy from HR, Compliance, they all have us covered. We can do anything. Who needs ethics or integrity.

Our Cancer Center no longer allows Genentech reps on the property. Please keep your lavish parties and expensive cars.

Really, your leadership pays reps to put in fake calls and the costs are picked up by Cancer patients? How awful.

No problem, I will simply enter fake calls on 5 docs in your center, once per week. Heck, thats one more day that I can stay home....oops, I mean work another part of my territory.

Health Care Professinals that knowingly, openly and actively report fraudulent information, go to jail.

Our clinic no longer allows Genentech on site as well. Our doctors call it the 3510 or the 4010 rule concerning Genentech Reps. a 35 year old with the brain of a 10 year old or a 40 year old with the brain of a 10 year old.
