it is so funny what people post here. unreal actually. first of all interviews were not done as "practice"- if we had managers that were hired that couldnt interview then shame on us and I can tell you that is not the caliber of people here or recently hired. The college athlete thing---please folks, get over yourself- the fact that you played a sport 20 years ago in college means zero to us and I know everyone you spoke with and that would not be what your interview was about unless you brought it up and it was discussed as an "ice breaker" up front. For the others that havents heard, hey apologies because you should have received communication quickly- if you did not that typically meant that you were still being considered but they wanted to look at other candidates and weigh things out. Unfortunately the other hiring events could have taken place a week or two after the initial.
