1. They see you as a threat.
2. They're miserable and hate themselves.
3. They want to be with you.

Let's not forget....misery loves company. They're miserable and do all things possible to spread their unhappiness. Bottom line, they target anyone who seems happy or not miserable like they are. The Ilumya RSMs are some of the biggest gossiping group of bullies I’ve encountered in almost 18 years of pharma. Mind your own damn business of what’s going on in your district. STFU about what other TMs are doing if they aren’t reporting to you and if they are STFU bad mouthing, speculating, and slandering. If you think your TMs don’t spill the beans on what you say, you are a dumbass.

I am not on Iluyma team and after what I hear and see thank the Lord. At NSM none of this team looked happy. Say what you want but these people were misled. There are a couple down right nasty RSMs and I don’t get it how they get away with their behaviors. I have some friends selling Iluyma and they say its toxic to the core and they are really upset because they believed what they were sold. So many resignations now. Shame.
