I know there are a lot of people in new roles and appears first “training” for these folks should be on how not to discuss private/personal matters, non work related personal opinions, and finger pointing of TMs and stop acting like a bunch of middle school mean girls. If you have an issue, handle it in a compliant, professional, and private manner. Lots of discussions, texts, being leaked and so many HR issues with this new group. How about learn your role, stop showing how green you are, and learn HR/Compliance 101.
