New Rating Scale For Conmed Messages

SM, the company is failing because of old products, nobody making any money, and yes, your dumb ass putting so much time and resources into a smoke pencil. Oh ya, and why did it take us so long to get a vessel sealing device that costs so much money.

I'm sure I wouldn't get fired. SM is a snake! He snaked his way into his position (yes their is a roomer that he backstabbed multiple people and friends to get where he is at). What has SM done since he has joined Conmed? He's lost Vanderbilt, Kaiser, Duke University, Baycare, Leesar, Cleveland clinic, and Adventist! Are you kidding me, the odds of losing all those accounts within 2 years has got to be astronomical. Sales reps don't lose that many large accounts in such a short time, upper level management does!

Lets review what you wrote. Talking about a failed compensation plan, nothing wrong with that on this board. Talking about a failed strategy, nothing wrong with that on this board. Too much time to market, lost accounts etc. nothing wrong with that on this board. When you start calling people snakes, dumb ass etc. thats the problem. Your probably the same guy who writes dirty messages in the mens room about girls who broke up with you. I bet you don't even know what I am talking about because your a COWARD!!!! Take a long look at your cowardly face in the mirror. Do you like what you see? Do you feel a better, bigger man, because you wrote this about SM? By the way you would not get fired if you talked to DM about our comp plan is not working, we are spending far to much money recruiting and training and not enough on retention. DM knows that, and would respect you if you had an intellient discussion with him about this. I would stay away from the snake and ass hole comments though. There are some who would not fire you for that, but DM is not one of them.
 






Kind of like when Sadam Hussein's sons in law fled Iraq with his daughters and spilled the beans to the world. Ol Sadam said come back, all is forgiven, lets talk...they did like dumbasses and were dead faster than you can say Conmed Management sucks. Its good to have an anonymous board like this so that someone can "out" the leaders that drove the bus into the ditch to Conmed Board members or any one else who gives a darn. I'm not seeing much that has been exagerated or made up when it comes to the dirty laundry and glaring problems with this company. The folks in Centenniel want to keep everything under wraps to cover their own asses.

It never bothers me to read what is actually concerning people. Those people usally get rated with a good. It's the cowards who call DM and SM dickheads, scum, assholes,etc. and do it so "bravely", I mean "anonymously". They are the people who bother me. For example, what exactly do you see in the message where the poster is calling SM a dickhead that is constructive or what is "bothering that rabble" other than he is a coward and wanted to call SM a dickhead and do it anonymously? How valuable is that to anyone but someone who has an IQ and maturity of an 7th grader?

Now Sean if you spent have the time trying to fix your sales team instead of defending your self on Cafepharma all of your sales folks wouldn't be calling you what you are that being a Dickhead and Asshole. I know that the truth hurts but focus your energy on your freaking Job!

Sounds to me someone does not like being call out for calling their boss profane names and having their child- like fun questioned. It's tough looking at the man you've turned out to be, versus what you had hoped to become isn't it? Maybe it's not to late to turn things around and grow up?

That's right I am monitoring ES personnel computers. I have access to everything. I am the King of ConMed. As you can see I am now in charge of Sales and Marketing and some day will be running the whole show!!
