New positions hiring delay?

I’ll tell you the truth as I have on here already:

Hospital reps And some FRM’s were rolled into expansion positions. Offers will he made to external candidates first week of February. If an infernal was rolled into your territory, you should have been told by now.

Some DBL’s will continue to interview until February. Some won’t. If you’re a top candidate, they ll probably keep you in the loop until then.

the contract sales force has nothing to do with these positions. Contract positions will be virtual only positions.

No one will be told they got the job or didn’t until February. Unless there is another delay then it will be later. Currently, there is no indication of further delay.

That's sounds like a great story. You forgot to let everyone know that the tooth fairy and easter bunny will be conducting the final panel interviews. LOL. I'm moving on and taking any other offer I can get. This company has told me 2 different reasons and keeps changing their story. I don't think this drug is getting approved any time soon and feel pretty strong that if it even does get approved that they are not hiring any external candidates. I just wonder why the don't just tell us to move on. Really unprofessional company from the perspective of someone interviewing.

Now that you guys have put out a press release that the FDA has told you they are not going to rule on your manufacturing issue until June are you still going to give offers to external candidates the first week of February??? LOL. Your company sucks.

So let me get this straight. The FDA will give you the thumbs up on if your manufacturing issue has been adequately fixed on June 1st. Then, AFTER THAT, they will take back up any safety and efficacy issues and then after all that they will work with you to finalize your package insert and then after all that they will have another 3 to 4 months of the scheduling issue. WTF????!!! Your product won't launch until 2022.

Stop wasting our time. You'll probably have two more layoffs before this thing is even ready to launch!! J-O-K-E of company. I give it a 30% chance of ever seeing the light of day. Thanks for wasting all our time. At least COVID kept me from having to get on a plane to interview with you morons face to face.

I can attest to the comments regarding ALKS being "unprofessional". They treat employees like cattle.

This is s true and I appreciate this so much. Time and Time again companies feel the need to ghost top candidates because they cannot get their shit together. Well this is a tell tale sign that the juice is not worth the squeeze. Move on and save yourself based on the comments in this CP company posts not a stellar culture and lots of vulnerability right now. Might want to align yourself to a more stable environment.

BTW some of these RSM's for this franchise that were recently hired (which why join instability- telling as to the caliber of intelligence there)- beware especially the new one in the Northeast area she is the devil and will make your life hell.
