Great question. That guy has been around longer than the FDA - he always finds someone to believe his laidback manager trick.
Either way you should expect the same thing with this guy. He doesn’t want to learn anything new so he’s going to feel threatened by the more tenured reps and he’ll push everyone away with primary care mentality. “How many calls per day?” “Do you sample on every call?”
 






I’m currently interviewing with Sage and I believe Zuranolone has the potential to be successful but after reading the posts from 2020, I’m not sure Sage is the place for me. What’s up with Sagian culture?

There. I fixed it for you. This "recruiting" process is why Sage failed the first time and will fail again. Have you researched the talent pool in upper management at this place? It's laughable. This, coming from a guy who was recommended for a role in the Southeast and after meeting the interview team turned it down. I lost a so-called friendship, but hey, whatever. This is business.

Spot on. It was the rep recruitment process that doomed sage. Not the lies and innuendos regarding “a failed drug trial.”
 






I had an initial phone screen with Sage but haven’t heard anything yet. I did look up leadership on Linked In and you are absolutely right. Given their lack of experience, I’m not sure I would want to work at Sage. The lack of experience seems as if they are in over their heads. Is that a correct assessment?
