Has anyone in Texas received an offer after last week's final interviews? It seems some regions have offers out and others do not.

this contract isn't worth the paper it's written on. Shire has acuired Synergy. Those that have accepted offers will get calls next week. No one will be retained. Shire will drop the drug in their already strong GI force.

any idea of timing of BO after FDA approval or price , I always thought Shire would be the logical buyer , anything above $15 & I'm happy . If Shire offers lets say $14.50, then another Pharma would have 30-45 days to make higher bid as would Shire to counter , next 3 weeks should be very interesting !!! Long SGYP
