RAMs work with inside positions of CORs = Customer Operatons Rep (think logistics of drug shipping just in time for next dose) constant tracking makes field crazy. You are accountable for every dose in every patient. Discontinuations kill you. And inside CM = Case Manager Nurses who educated patient and support insurance (copays and such) also have RCS = Regional Clincal Specialists= nurses in field (higher level I think all are APRNs but not sure) they cover 3-5 RAMs. And typical MSL. Many acronyms.
