how, in the environment we have been in for Years, do you build yourselves executive offices at the HQ in bedminster. It’s disgusting how you managed the business here, treated people then make a bone head move like that. It’s shameful. Our stock is in the dumpster, the Pr on the company is shti and you spend millions on new offices? Shameful, disgusting and arrogant.
 






It’s because they want the prestige of being in the NYC metro area, instead of being in the tired and worn-out St. Louis area. What’s a few million here and there to improve your neighborhood? It’s not like they care about where this money comes from, they want their Tiffany bowls in their new office and they want them now!
 












i want to see jail time for these individuals. They are as clueless and arrogant as can be. I’m going to start recording the stupid shti they spew. I suggest we all do the same.

why don’t they have open space. You know, to be collaborative and innovative. Like it was meant for us. What happened to the ARD survey. Was horrible for the VPs. Just disappeared. Put it all on us and walked away. 2 coward VPs in ARD marketing. Absolute cowards. You put it all on us publicly and had the nerve to publicly ask who had a problem. That’s called intimidation tactics. You two VPs in aRD are the worst. One of you will be gone in all this reorg crap. Should be MP to go. But it won’t be because her and NM are tight. She is the worst in the company. The worst.

It’s an idiot move. They will get their money. This is small beans. I want to see heads roll. Especially mark and Hugh. I hope you both end up in prison for lying to investors, analysts and employees. I have tapes of flat out lies. I have shared.

Do I ever hope you are not full of it and you do have tapes, because those two idiots have lied to the faces of investors and employees for years.

The good thing on this is they will never work in the industry again. Their resume now will say
  • Took value from company from $125 to $2.00 per share
  • Acquired only failed or failing products and companies.
  • Entered in multiple government investigations for poor judgment and leadership.
  • Knowingly lied to investors and employees and was sued in a class suit by said investors and employees.
  • Spent years reflecting my position in life while spending time in minimum security correctional facility.
  • Not so motivated, nor hardworking.

The recent 8K filing lets exec team walk away with enormous cash payouts and severence upon bankruptcy or liquidation....all approved by the BoD earlier this month...stunningly greedy. Hope the authorities are watching and that future suits includes clawbacks. Truly disheartening.

You guys are so dumb. The fine print in many of Malli's 8-k mention protection against liquidation, sale or merger. Guaranteed a massive layoff,but no bankruptcy. That is 5 years overdue. They are paying the executives who get laid off a lump sum to be rid of them as long as they dont try to sue or can keep their mouth shut

8Ks are filed when any “major event” occurs that shareholders need to know about. Filing for bankruptcy is an example. I admittedly did not read the whole document.
 






absitely ridiculous these fat white dudes decided they needed better offices. Ones that are away from the rest of the company. So you spend millions to redo a whole section of the building right before you are going to let people go. Not only is that arrogant beyond belief but just plain old stupid. Optically it looks like crap. It screams you don’t give a shti. Just a bunch of white guys that drove the stock to shti and now for some reason you think you need to be separated from the rest of everyone. What happened to open space being good for innovations and collaboration. Oh, it doesn’t apply to the white boys upstairs in the corner. Disgusting, horrific and beyond stupid. You made stupid look like a genius. MT you approved this. I hope you rot in a prison for all the horrible things you have done. Same to you HUgh. Fair point. I wrote what you responded to. I just don’t like seeing the lack of diversity at a senior level here. It’s disgraceful. I’m a white guy for the record. I am appalled at this place. It’s absolutely horrible for many reasons. The new “executive offices”, if we can actually call them executives, were an absolutely horrible idea in light of what they have done to turn this place to shti

Well this was awesome and so needed. I don’t see the HQ as I’m one of those dumb reps the VPs in marketing and sales like to yell about on here. Would love to see pictures of the new glamorous digs.
