Taro is great. The company culture and environment needs a lift. A new strong CFO is the answer.Tell him to apply! He's never seen company as great as Taro before!

100%. They need someone who looks out for the company. Finance has been a circus for years. Everyone knows about it. Granted, there were posts on here which "outed" and aired dirty laundry and forced bad behaviours to be hidden more often. But the company needs someone who gets involved and who doesn't let employees get away with things just because they're liked. Months before, you'd walk downstairs and see $hit you'd only see on a tv comedy show. There are still employees there who get a paycheck just because.Taro is great. Hope our new CFO finds out who wrote this. Not hard to guess. The current CFO is fine. No need to bring in someone from a foreign land.
So obvious who posted thisThe current CFO is fine. No need to bring in someone from a foreign land.

Nope, not hard at all.Hope our new CFO finds out who wrote this. Not hard to guess.
Omg guys, come quick! I discovered a new game. Search Google Images for “Florida memes” and then replace “Florida” with “Taro Finance”. Endless entertainment.
You’re welcome!

Hope so, but I'm skeptical.I am glad they hired a female CFO
DH won't tolerate any nonsense.
I have worked with her before.
No more frat boy jokes and long lunches.
No more favoritism and getting ahead by brown nosing.
No more forcing people out because you want to staff your department with your buddies.
Tough, but fair.
Agreed, but I'm hopeful. Unfortunately we've lost good talent but we've also lost some toxic bullies. Just about a year or so ago, that office was an embarrassment, a circus. They've toned it down a notch, the nastiness and toxic activity is now a little more hidden, still toxic.Hope so, but I'm skeptical.
We'd seen other leaders who came in with good intentions, but got swamped into this nasty toxic environment. They ended up just becoming another bullies for employees and ass-kissers for upper management.
This is very good. It shows that the company is trying to make a positive change! I for one am glad and hopeful for my future at Taro.I am glad they hired a female CFO

What about on our floor thoughA breath of fresh air. The All-Men’s club had to end sometime. Now it’s time to educate and expose the nepotism, friends outside of work relationships downstairs.
