New bonus

I'm a pc2. I see a bunch of pc1/pc2's going back and forth with the pc3's. I'm honestly at the point where I just don't care anymore. Lilly has sucked the passion out of me. I've been bent over and screwed so many times over the past few years where I'm just over it. This 1500 dollar bonus check coming up is not even enough to cover my bills. I feel like I'm broke, not cared about, and always pushed to do more. For the pc3 reps, I wish you well. I hope you make lots of money and lilly won't find a way to sucker punch you in the gut like the pc1/pc2 reps. For the pc1/pc2 reps, I hope we have a brighter future, because whatever this is that's happening right now, ain't working. I just don't care to go out and sell anymore. I've been going through the motions for a few weeks now, and to be honest, for some reason, it kind of feels good to go into an office and not sell. For some reason it brings me a little bit of satisfaction to go to my docs and talk about life/sports/summer/etc. If lilly don't care about me, I don't care about Lilly
 






Bonus? What bonus? I can understand incompetence but this NEW Lilly is just Dishonest! How can you say anything negative about poor performance when you don’t pay anyone for great performance! To be paid a bonus at 87% when the numbers clearly show otherwise at nearly every level is straight up dishonest. Where’s the draft payout for this slap in the face for most reps! Novo reps losing share every second and getting bigger bonus checks than Lilly! No need to wait for a survey senior leadership…. Fuck You!

How can any of us trust any of these numbers?!
And how does the company expect to retain reps when they don’t trust the numbers?
 






Let’s all be ready for lay offs coming soon… no need to have all these people selling Mounjaro. The diabetes market will be worthless everyone cares about weight loss.

I came to this exact conclusion about a year ago.
I totally gave up here.
Tired of politics being the determining factor in winning.
My motivation has been stolen.
Just go through the motions. They don’t fire people for performance any way lol

I am embarrassed by this entire thread. If our neighbors, docs and office staff knew how little we actually did on the day-to-day (while pulling the salary and benefit package we have), they would be in shock.
As many reps from Pfizer and Novartis found out, big cuts in headcount suck. And many of us that get cut will hark back to the days we pulled a decent salary for "seeing" two docs a day working here.

You must be an exec rep who doesn’t give a fuck about their bonus and just kisses leaderships ass. Sales people are motivated by bonuses. We get shit on everyday with this drug. You would know that too if you were actually out there working.
