Take a look at your CRM ADAR positions. ABL districts will mirror theirs.

Positions were just posted with their geographic territories they’ll cover. It looks like they named out the CSS territories that would fall within their boundaries.

This whole situation is an example of corporate incompetence. Based on the territories posted in the ADAR postings, the CV structure is reverting to the SAME structure in 2017. WTF?

Our leadership needs to be replaced and hopefully that's Des' purpose. Assess and slash at the top.

Bullseye!

They already did this same exercise and why would they expect anything different? If they didn't have meetings to expand and then retract the sales force, they wouldn't have any meetings at all.

1) Expanded to include an overlay "CV" rep in 2016.
2) Eliminated the overlay rep 2016.
3) Added a 2nd rep to each CV territory 2016.
4) Added a PCP contract rep 2016.
5) Hosp.Reps interview for renamed "ISS" jobs.
6) Fire the PCP contract reps in 2020.
7) Make 1/2 CV reps into PCP reps into 2020.
8) Double the number of PCP reps in 2021.
9) Discuss eliminating PCP reps in 2022.
10) Eliminate PCP reps in 2023.

Dump the Chump.

One would wonder why they don’t ever get sales input for these territories. ZS goes in and tries to balance the workload when creating these territories, and because a doctor has 2 or more addresses, in many cases they assign other reps to those territories.

Well, there will be a rude awakening when they start calling on those offices and the doctors are there 1-2 times a month, if that, and the KPI requires more calls. Here we go with the check the box fake calls again.

Really Novartis, when will you do what’s best for the company, and stop just making sh*t look good on paper to the shareholders.

Not to mention some reps would have to drive 8,000 miles a month and catch doctors at home to actually hit the reach and frequency Novartis asks for in some of these bloated PCP territories.
