Don't blame HR because you are a fool and got suckered, we all did. Move on and stop blaming people. Obama keeps blaming Bush for the mess we are in. You both need to take a look in the mirror.
 
























NEVER TRUST HR!!! Remember, they always take the manager's side, no matter how much wrong they've done. HR is put in place to PROTECT MANAGEMENT. And I quote that from a former HR rep.

#3 is a result of #5 & #1. Since the person decided to post for a job, if they didn't accept it they would have been out the door without the severance package. If the original poster was reallocated and didn't want to stay at Lilly ... then it is your own fault. You could have walked out the door the next day with 12 weeks of additional pay on top of the severance package.

So who cares about a bible being placed ... you though this was a roman catholic company? I know Lilly makes drugs but doesn't make the most worthless drug of all time ... religion.
