Oh I see. So, I need to get the contractors in line! They seem to just sit around with ten IM windows open, gossiping all day long. Should I give them something to do? Is that what you are saying?

I am thankful for a great job.

I am thankful that I had to quit Lilly to get the job.

I would be thankful for just about any position outside of Lilly, to be very honest.

Why? What happened? Please explain

1. They made the hiring decision.

2. They told me that employment was life long.

3. They screwed me out of voluntary severance.

4. They disrupted my family.

5. They convinced me to relocate. My career was damaged.

6. They allowed a Bible to be placed in the area new recruits see.
