You're giving our senior management team too much credit. They are so out of touch I'll bet you they don't even know who these indivduals are!

Worked with one of them before coming over here. Rock Star and would bring INSTANT credibility! Would love to share his name but won't because it would probably get me in trouble with my own local management.

However, I feel the market is becoming even more competitve and we need leadership that can actually devise a market driven strategy and that doesn't mean selling fractionalization.
