Neuromodulation opening

Was called by a recruiter for a neuromodulation sales job. It appears to be very cool and interesting type of technology and sale. Would really appreciate any insight on the questions below-

-Average income/top performer income
-New product pipeline
-Culture
-Turnover
-Competition (medtronic, stryker or boston sci?)
-Anything else you are willing to share

Asked to interview...Just trying to gather some basics I dont want to ask during the interview...

Car allowance and is it taxed?
Gas card or mileage reimbursement? If reimbursement, what is it?
401k match/vesting schedule?

Thanks in advance for any help here.

Boston Scientific is a shyt company to work for- their leadership is lacking and they ask unrealistic acheivements considering they are the perpetual underdog in most territories.
Medtronic is the market leader and saint jude is the second runner up
Saint jude has serious recall issues and they will never admit that to a new potential hire so google it and check for yourself
Boston scientific says they arent trying to ruin reimbursement with their 32 output battery but common sense can see how greedy this scheme is in light of the new reimbursement pushbacks

Bottom line- that job isnt worth the money you make- crazy drug addicts calling you all hours of the day and ready to report a complaint about you when you dont answer your phone on a sunday- backstabbing managers who dont do their job but would rather throw an employee under the bus so they dont look like the bad guy- NO THANKS

Or it could be a colossal waste of time to keep running into the same wall.

Medtronic had that area before they came to market with MRI compatible systems... don't think you're gonna change that whipper snapper.

interviewing for Detroit opening. This sounds like a Medtronic dominated state but also could be an opportunity to grow quicker. Is $130k feasible?

What type of territory are you interviewing for? Is it split between reps or will you share it with clin specs? What is the current base of business? Send over those details and we can give you an idea.

Last paragraph sums it up. This job and culture are not worth any amount of money.

WOW!!!!! 2 million dollar territory...let me guess the current rep is getting a promo...same shit we all heard. the reps numbers are dropping and he/she is tired...run...unless you like talking to crackheads all day for $120,000 and unrealistic quotas. Think about it for one second...why would anyone leave a 2 million dollar territory? Would you? NO!!!

Why the cynicism? There are some STJ territories North of 3 or 4 million, and yes they are suspect for T split, but they do exist. A 2 mill territory is not that uncommon.

Run, company has the worst corporate culture, snakes in leadership positions and the only new product is a stiffer stylet, which finally makes ours on par with the competition.
