Bill's experience? You mean when he got fired from his director role because of his reputation and underwhelming sales results? Or are you referring to the three years after when he was landscaping because no other company would touch him? :p:p:p

B.H. Came to Teva with both guns blazing. He was going to show the world what a great leader he is. It was a colossal failure as no one trusts or respects him. His region is on the bottom of the heap. It just goes to show bullying doesn't work with school kids or leading teams. He is old school and out of touch with the job priorities. It's Don Quixote chasing windmills or a dog chasing it's own tail.
