Major off label promotion and Medicaid fraud. If any physician prescribes a product because it was promoted (and can be proven, which it can be) for an off label use, to a Medicaid patient, that is fraud and defrauding the American taxpayer.

Before the account people were hired, reps were doing patients paperwork. Mgrs knew this and encouraged. Both zone directors encouraged. Also was directed by mgr to tell drs to take pts off cogentin and put on ingrezza. Good for you recording this sh*#. Frank shouldn’t be the only one going down.
 












Seriously, these are some extremely shady people. I am far from perfect. But I would never comb through long term care facilities looking for defensive-less patients that they can get a script from. It is a fact that the representatives are being coached to do exactly this. On top of that they still hold a holier than thou attitude. They have top executives being accused in DOJ reports and they don’t blink. Full speed ahead. I can’t begin to tell you how good it feels to be gone from this cult. Don’t be complicit or by definition you are as guilty as they are..

If you’re actually doing this, it’s the wrong approach. You need to contact a whistleblower law firm and talk to them. It’s probably too late for you to get an award since whatever you have told the FDA (unless you’re full of sh*t) is already info the government has. If you have more evidence that you haven’t shared yet and it’s enough to get the lawyers to put together a qui tam suit, then Good luck
