Hello, I was wondering if the territories are huge for these positions? Also, do you know if there are counterparts? Lastly, is there any way to get in without a ton of neuro experience? Thanks so much. Good to see at least one company is expanding rather than laying off!

The expansion territories just posted today, so I'm assuming it will be a while before they begin interviewing. The qualifications they have listed are the most stringent I've ever seen; I'm wondering if they are really as strict as they say! Not that they can't ask for it, given this job market...

That's foolish in today's environment. If you don't have long term relationships......you're going no where fast !!

I would go with relationships every time!

Completely untrue. Up to individual hiring managers to decide who they think will fit the bill. Best chances are experience with injectibles, atypicals and CMHC selling, since that is the target. They can afford to be picky with so many talented people looking. Resumes must be impeccable to get past recruiters. Has anyone had phone interviews yet?

Yes. I had a phone interview with an outside company weeks ago but I haven't spoken with anyone from Otsuka. The outside recruiter said interviews would be in early May. Has amyone heard differently?

Certain parts of the US have started face to face and others have not. From what I understand the ball should start rolling early May.

Some just started phone screening this week but very few. The DM's are
not onboard until May 7th and have a meeting that week to discuss candidate
profiles for the jobs they will be hiring for!
Stop coming up with your own rules and dates for the expansion idiot!

The territories will be hunormous - You will overlap with probably 8-10 reps selling the tablets and who will soon be brought up to selling Injectable as well. So - If you like the launch and dump...This is your fate here

WRONG! That is not true. The territories are not humongous.

The face to face interviews have not started. The managers are in the process of being hired.
