office staff and nurses who have heard the pre promotion before the drug is approved are taking note of it. They are telling us at Amgen and Novartis. The Dr.'s are disgusted too of the comparisons when they have nothing yet. Your company is losing credibility.

We did this in the 80’s 90’s etc.. why stop now. Problem is in our leadership and culture. People are scared to push back and are conditioned yes men/women. So they do what they’re told. The BFf’s get promoted. Look at the recent promos at corporate and in the field.
