NEURO REPS OUGHT TO STOP WITH THEIR OFF LABEL PRE PROMOTION!

I'm about ready to turn the Neuro rep in to the Midwest. This rep is running around my offices talking about how "their" HUB --meaning Lilly's hub will be better and that how their drug is going to be better. YOU HAVE NO DRUG first and foremost. The nurse is willing to validate what I say when I turn this rep in. You all are doing it, and you better stop or you'll have no drug.

We did all the disease state education and there is no place for you now. You are scared as Amgen's drug was first. You are being completely illegal and Illy needs to dump you before you don't get your supposed approval. YOU HAVE NO PRODUCT!

There is NO comparison data anyway.

The 2 nurses at 2 different offices have told me the same thing. They, too, said they'd tell on the rep to Lilly if I wanted to turn the rep in. I'm seriously considering doing it. I'm tired of them doing pre promotion and comparing a hub and a drug when they have NEITHER!

I worked in neuro years ago at Lilly. I was trained to sell off label, sell based on symptoms and use vague patient characteristics in order to sell to an expanded patient population. Same tricks different incompetent marketing & training team.

I don't think anyone is being directed to pre promote, but it's certainly going on. I don't think management is stupid enough to tell us to. People are pre promoting, and they should not. They may not get the indication if this continues. Lilly reps you better lay low. The office staff are on to you as I am. Loyalty is to Amgen and Novartis now. They will turn you in.

Agreed

office staff and nurses who have heard the pre promotion before the drug is approved are taking note of it. They are telling us at Amgen and Novartis. The Dr.'s are disgusted too of the comparisons when they have nothing yet. Your company is losing credibility.

On please! If your sales tactics work, use them. Meeting quotas is your #1 priority. Screw credibility, it doesn't show up on your annual performance report.
