Not clueless at all. Many of us came here in 2020 because we knew this place was going to sell. The key was to hang on until the sale no matter how lousy things got. Box checked. What I can’t stand is these liars pretending “culture” ever mattered. It didn’t. We are all supposed to believe this was anything beyond a money pump. Just be honest. My last job before ITCI, I sold a rare disease drug that was nearly $2BB a year. One rep per territory. We were successful and owned the market and share. You don’t need multiple reps in a territory. That approach worked in the early 2000s. With the influence of managed care and hospital systems, more reps doesn’t equal more prescriptions.

Reps who like pods are usually pretenders who want to hide and collect a check while they pick the kids up from school at 3:00.

Don’t blame management or directors. Actually, don’t blame anyone. The acquisition talks are highly confidential and any noise or rumors about them from upper management would trigger insider trading allegations and likely would have put the agreement on ice.

Also, managers and directors did NOT know about any talks. Only people who knew were the high level C suite execs. And they aren’t gonna share info when they’re in for a significant payday.
